when i get in a game it either stops working or it lags

i get in a game and the voice will stop working or it will lag until i minimize the game or get out of it i got a new graphics card and it worked good for a while but it started it again thats how i know the programs giving the issue please try to fix it i love it but its upsetting me

  Same here.  I would think it has something to do with processing power but I have a 3080 so it should be working fine.
