Crashes more than it works

Crashes almost every single time I try to record and then stop recording.... either crashes or says there was an error with stopping my recording. It's practically unusable.

  Same issue. The fees for my license increased 1000% and now that you have forced an upgrade, it crashes every time I create a recording. This sucks!!
