No audio output at all

I've not been able to have any audio output through wired headphones for several weeks now. It was working through my laptop speakers before, but now there's no audio output at all regardless of where I have it set to output. It also doesn't even register my headphones as an option. This has been an issue for a while now, please fix it.

  I want to add that I noticed my laptops audio settings do not have a headphone sound output option for Voice.AI. There is only the speaker option for the program's audio output.
  
  I was checking Device Manager for the program and there's an error log that says, "Device ROOT\MEDIA\0001 had a problem starting."
  
  Also the error report said, "Problem Status: 0xC00000E5"

  I'm not sure if this will be helpful, but I thought it's worth pointing out.
