Build Failed... bug or user error?

I created a mp3 file with 20+ minutes of clean audio and no matter how many times I build my voice, it returns saying that the build failed.  What could be causing this to happen and how do I fix it?  I've tried re-encoding the mp3 and even tried different compression, bit rates, etc... no luck :(

  Hello CornDemon,

  Can you please try again? Make sure your recording is clean and loud. Source audio with lower volume or with a lot of background noise is prone to fail during the voice building process.

  I have the same error even for different tracks 
  I tried different format such as mp3 and wave

  I selected Chinese as the language, does it course the problem?

  5 months, still no answers... this is why I won't be paying for a subscription :/

  This is highly unfortunate, because here I am with the same problem, and I bought premium. Now I am rethinking that decision because if someone had this issue over a year ago and there is still no reply. It doesn't seem like there is ever going to be one.
