Can't hear myself with "Hear yourself" turned on.

Looked for an audio output setting but couldn't find one. Windows is set to the correct default audio device, and my microphone is working properly. I tried setting the input to my interface input and Nvidia broadcast with no luck. I use record mode and listen back with no problem.
