My friends on Discord can hear me when the voice changer is not on, but when I turn it on, they cannot hear me.

  What Windows version are you running now? ( Run ver command in command prompt ) 
  Can you make the setup in Audacity and see if there is any audio output in there? 
  Is the slider green when you are talking?
