  It should start the program download automatically, it won't open a website or something. Make sure to use it on a Windows system.

  Then how do we use the link?  Can you give a step-by-step guide of how to use that link to install the program?  When I run the executable from the website I get the same issue as the original poster.  When I click on this link that you've posted I get a "This site cannot be reached" error.  What should I be doing differently?

  For people having trouble with this same issue, for me it turned out to be my anti-virus, I temporarily disabled Avast and I was able to use the installer as normal.
