Upload Voice stuck on the same in queue after 24 hours
Is this normal? i already have the pro version but its stuck indefinitely in queue and i cant even test if it works?

We identified an issue that took place over the weekend and yesterday has been fixed, the queue got a little big so your voices will be processed but it might take a little more than usual due to that block we had.

I have been stuck at the same on line building number since like 12 hours, tried doing it again, and even with a new voice file, but the problem still happens.
The queue number NEVER drops a single numer and its stuck there for more than 12 hours.
Can you fix this, please?

Same issue here, only at least it's moving forward every two or three hours. Why can't I just build it using my own processor?

I'm having the same problem too, months later. Have you guys not scaled up your servers?? Based on how many have cleared the queue in 12 hours, it'll take me 2 weeks to get my voice - at least! Hope to hear back, thanks!
