dont hear anything in live mode

record mode works fine. live mode i hear nothing, even with hear yourself thing on the app. also in discord i select the right audio device and just no sound at all. i have corsair virtuoso and gtx 3060ti. im selecting the array thing in inputs on discord. but like i said nothing in the hear yourself mode either. whats up with this???

side note i have tried various output devices, the headset, my speakers, i just never hear anything in live mode.
