"Warning! Could not process your file. Please try again!"
I keep getting the same error message, everytime I try to process a recording or a prerecorded file. I am a Beta Pro member.
It says "Processing" and after a while, an error message appears at the top of the screen
"Warning! Could not process your file. Please try again!"
I've tried it with .wav and with .mp3, shorter and longer recordings, same thing.
I've tried different voices, same thing.
I've closed the program from the system tray, reopened it, same thing.
I've uninstalled the software, reinstalled it properly, same thing.

I'm facing the same issue. I cannot record any voice.
This APP should be reported as a fraud. Money is wasted.

We figured it out on the public Discord (at least for one person).
If you change your DNS or use a VPN it blocks file upload and any use of record mode (since your recording is sent to Voice AI servers for processing).
Turn off your VPN and set your DNS to Google's Public VPN (confirmed working but of course others like Cloudflare DNS probably work).Here's a guide on how to change your DNS settings.

No VPN, Not sure how to change my DNS. The only way I've been able to make this work for a very limited time (approx 10 seconds segments) is by removing the application. Reinstalling the applications as Administrator, when the application comes up at start up, I close it down from the task tray. I then run the application as Administrator. In this configuration, I can make qty 3 recordings that are no more than 10 seconds each. Very frustrating.
