no microphone array option

I'm having an issue where there is no audio detected anywhere from it. It works in hear yourself but However, it will not output audio to Discord. it was just my normal voice

In my discord there no microphone array option

- I already restarting my pc

- I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no microphone array option

  Can you please run the ver command inside a command prompt window and if the result comes out under 10.0.19 then you have to update your windows first
