Voice AI Audio Cable Isn't Showing on any aplication I try

Whenever I try to connect the voice changer to any app, I look for the audio cable and it doesn't show up. Please give me instructions on how to fix this.

  Please run the ver command inside a Command prompt window. 
  If the result comes out under 10.0.19 then you have to update Windows and reinstall the app.
