Paying to learn own voices?
Why Do I have to pay coins for voices that i've built myself? This is little unfair, because how can i test them if they are good?

I thought the same. I don't even know if they turned out to be good or terrible. On top of that, it took over 5 hours for the files to advance in line lol

I would try that feature out, except that part is not very accessible for me using my screen reading tools. I'ma blind user who is trying out this program and have not even gotten that far yet. I guess you are paying for GPU cycles on the server(s) they are using to do the processing, if so, that makes sense.

Yeah you pay because the servers have used resources to build and train your voice. You are paying for that.
If you hop on the public Discord there's a channel where people are happy to post samples for you so you don't waste credits on a bad voice.

I'll try that one, thanks! For now my opinion stands as it is though, regardless of the resources. I mean, a one line recording would be enough to decide if it's a good voice or not. And if it's a breathy mess of a thing we could simply delete it. As it is right now, it'll stay saved for who knows how long without them being used. At least the ones i made privately

There are auto generated samples but they are running months behind because staff have to run a script to do them. So most voices do get a one line sample eventually it just won't be when you make the voice.
Once you unlock a voice if the result was terrible, you can build again using the same spot. Delete the files or add new data then build it again. The way voice building works is it always starts at "0" so it's like you hit reset each time. It doesn't build on top of what was previously built but rather replaces it.
