Initialize Fails Everytime (the first time)

Every single time I load a voice, it fails to initialize, then it is fine. "It's a bug, team!"

Audio (AI voice) is pretty noisy

the output of the voices, even in WAV, are very noisy, almost like cassette tape from the 80's. is there a way to improve that output coming?
