Nevermind, this issue is resolved. As of yesterday it has moved and today it was completed. I'm still annoyed though.

Custom voice not moved positions in queue since I submitted for trained 4 weeks ago
I noticed it was taking a long time and so I subscribed to premium for lifetime and uploaded a different one a day after in hopes that it would get fast-tracked and with better quality. Same issue....
