hear yourself is not toggle-able when changer is on and sometimes will not disable voice changer

losing complete config at start of program
sometimes if i exit and come back to the program, I lose all my volume settings, keybinds, and choices in the app and have to re-input them.

Alt + C binding is still live after changing it.
I have changed it several times now and the new hotkey works, as well as the old, and will start recording. Need this fixed asap.
