How to set your microphone input to max?

To make sure your microphone input is optimized for our desktop app, follow these steps:

For Windows 10:

1. Right-click the speaker icon in your system tray and select Sounds.
2. Go to the Recording tab, select your microphone, and click Properties.
3. Under the Levels tab, set the slider to 100.
4. Inside our desktop app, go to Audio Settings, and make sure to set the slider to 75% volume or higher
    

For Windows 11:
 

1. Press Windows key + R, type mmsys.cpl, and press Enter.
2. Follow steps 2 through 4 from the Windows 10 instructions above.
