Is your recording stuck at processing?

Try closing Voice.ai from the system tray, not from the “X” at the top. Afterward, reopen it and try to record again.

Alternatively, have you tried to log out of your Voice Universe account from your browser and log in again?

Ensure you are following the requirements for uploading an avatar. It must be 1024 x 1024 pixels for it to work.
