Please check if it is displayed in the device manager. Also, confirm if you have any antivirus software installed, as this could be preventing the virtual cable from appearing.
If your virtual cable isn't appearing or working on Discord, do the following:
- Set Discord's Input Device
- Run Discord as Administrator
- Reset Discord Voice Settings
- Check Windows Sound Settings
- Match Sample Rates
- Reinstall the Virtual Cable Driver
- Check for Antivirus/Firewall Interference
