Getting an error when trying to upload a file?

If you're experiencing issues uploading an audio file inside our app or with our online tools/TTS, please try the following:

For the PC App:

• Restart the Voice.ai app or your computer.
• Check that the file format is correct and the length meets requirements (e.g., for custom voice building, 5 minutes minimum, 15 recommended).
• See if the app is running the latest version. If not, update it.
• As a last resort, reinstall the app.

For Online Tools or Online TTS:

• Check our official Discord channel to see if our servers are experiencing downtime.
• Try using a different web browser.
• Check that the file format is correct and the length meets requirements.

If the problem persists, please email us at support@voice.ai. Include a screenshot showing any error codes or warning messages, along with full details of the issue you're encountering.
