Voice ai stuck at 0% percent loading.

I just installed voice.ai and I cant seem to start it ive tried restarting and clearing my system tray but it just wont go above 0%. Is there a fix for this?

  Hello,

  The way to fix this issue is to check if your Windows is up to date. If not, make sure to update and restart your PC. This should solve the issue. If the problem persists, please let us know.
