Custom voice not moved positions in queue since I submitted for trained 4 weeks ago

I noticed it was taking a long time and so I subscribed to premium for lifetime and uploaded a different one a day after in hopes that it would get fast-tracked and with better quality. Same issue. I now have 2 voices which are stuck in queue limbo. I would understand if they moved a reasonable amount of positions per hour or even day, but nothing has happened. I have no information about why they're stuck. If this issue does not resolve, I will want my money back.

  Nevermind, this issue is resolved. As of yesterday it has moved and today it was completed. I'm still annoyed though.
