App crashes after update to 1.31
Now after all the quality drop issues with version 1.31 it has the balls to crash as well. Come on voice.ai team - sort your issues out!!!

Sounds like crap since 1.31 update - can I retrain the voices?
Since the update to 1.31 the voices now sound scratchy and really poor quality. Is there a way to retrain them ir otherwise fix the problem?

Taking over a week to build a voice
Is it normal for a voice to take over a week to build and could it be related to the file size used to build the voice? If I shorten the file size will it build faster? Most file lengths I'm using ...

Error uploading or using mic - NOTHING WORKS.
Using the microphone or uploading an mp3 file to change the voice doesn't work no matter what I try. I always get an "error uploading your file" message. I'm getting a little fed up of the bugs now...

Most voices sound the same
I have lots of voices downloaded and they used to sound very good and close to the original voice. Now they sound raspy, very similar to each other and nothing like the original voice.

Retraining voices after tuning?
I've just re-tuned in the settings and so do I need to retrain voices I've purchased? If so is there a way to do this?

Original good voice now bad??
After training a voice it worked pretty well and sounded good. Now after returning to the voice later it sounds bad but I've not changed anything. Why would this happen?
