I have the same issue. the live mode is not working anymore. I reported this issue at about the same time as you and no response from Voice.ai

Voice.ai Live mode not working
live mode is not working. it is on but could not hear anything. the '0.vai' file is present. the "hear yourself" function is also not working. I have reinstalled this multiple times to no avail.
