Voicing works in any language no matter what language you speak. App is english due of it's early testing stage of software release

Problem happens to me too - I am use Windows 10 version 10.0.14393. Switched to another Windows 10 with version 10.0.19045.3155, it doesn't erroring. It might be problem for Windows 10 compatibility
